As the Manager (Accounts & Administration) I ensure that our financial systems and administrative operations are managed with transparency, efficiency, and strict compliance with regulatory standards. Our objective is to support project teams through strong financial control, effective resource management, and smooth organisational processes. UEA, the Accounts and Administration function plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability and financial discipline. My focus is on ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely compliance, and streamlined administrative support to enable seamless project execution.
Jayanta Kumar Das
Deputy General Manager cum Geo-Technical Expert
I serve as Deputy General Manager (Projects) at United Engineers Alliance Pvt. Ltd., where I lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. I work closely with government agencies, funding institutions, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. As a geotechnical expert, I provide technical guidance on soil investigation interpretation, foundation considerations, slope stability, drainage behaviour, and flood-resilient infrastructure planning. My work supports the design and implementation of riverbank protection works, embankments, drainage systems, bridges, and climate-resilient rural infrastructure. I have contributed to major initiatives, including drainage master planning, bridge rehabilitation, and resilience-focused infrastructure programs, with an emphasis on practical, cost-effective, and sustainable engineering solutions suited to challenging ground and flood-prone conditions.
Rakesh Sharma
Senior Accountant
As the Senior Accountant I am responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, income Tax , GST and supporting management through timely financial reporting. My focus is on upholding financial integrity, transparency, and efficiency across all accounting operations.
At UEA, the role of Senior Accountant is critical in ensuring proper financial management and control. I look in to the day-to-day accounting activities, monitor expenditures, manage reconciliations, and ensure that all financial processes align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Sikhasmita Hazarika
Asst. Manager – Business Development & Admin
As the Assistant Manager – Business Development & Administration my role focuses on supporting business growth through effective client coordination, proposal development, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. I support both business development and administrative functions by closely coordinating with project teams, preparing and managing proposals, maintaining documentation, and assisting in client engagement. My scope of work also includes employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and preparation of CVs for technical and professional staff. As an engineering consultancy, hiring and resource mobilization of qualified engineers is a key responsibility under my role. I strive to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth and overall operational efficiency.
