Jayanta Kumar Das
Deputy General Manager (Project) cum Geo-Technical Expert
Jayanta Kumar Das serves as Deputy General Manager (Projects) at United Engineers Alliance Pvt. Ltd., with experience in planning, coordination, and technical delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. As a Geotechnical Expert, he provides technical guidance on soil investigations, foundation engineering, slope stability, drainage, and flood-resilient infrastructure. He has contributed to projects involving bridges, embankments, riverbank protection, drainage systems, and climate-resilient infrastructure, working closely with government agencies, development partners, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, sustainable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Mr. Rakesh Sarma serves as Senior Accountant at United Engineers Alliance Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the integrity of financial records.
His key responsibilities include managing financial reconciliations, monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as Income Tax and GST, and facilitating timely financial reporting.

Asst. Manager – Business Development & Admin
Sikhasmita Hazarika serves as Asst. Manager – Business Development & Admin at United Engineers Alliance Pvt. Ltd., supporting business development, client coordination, proposal preparation, and administrative operations. She coordinates with project and technical teams in preparing proposals, maintaining project documentation, and supporting client engagement. Her responsibilities also include recruitment coordination, employee engagement, CV preparation, and resource mobilization of qualified technical professionals.
